	John Matero is a Jazz-Rock hybrid guitarist from Bear Mountain, New York. He is the inventor of the Proteus 8-String Guitar, The Fretboard Composer, The Author of Fretboard Mechanics and The Composer of the Fretboard Frenzy CD. His unusual and unorthodox approach embellishes elements of Jazz, Blues and Rock infused with High Speed Runs, Exotic and Unusual Textures, Odd Meters and Tempos to Create a diverse and exploratory musical landscape.
